Hello Everyone,

Not sure if I have done the link right, but I thought you might like to see a picture of my Cerbera with a new Tuscan R headlight conversion from the TVR Bodyshop... What you think?

They have basically done the conversion as a bit of an experiment to see what it would look like, but I am so impressed with the result I'm sure they will get some orders for it. Cost is the same as there standard headlamp conversion.... Bargain! I really recommend them highly. You can check them out at www.tvrbodyshop.com

I'm taking it up to Blackpool this weekend so will get some more pictures then....

Hows the other project going? or have you drifted away from the idea of a turbo or two??

The car looks lovely, we were going for the sp12 zertec lights, but I quite like those, will have to show dad and see what he thinks...

Turbocharging is still on, but I am looking for another engine to work on. Problem with charging the existing engine is the time the car will be off the road while I do the work. I want to do it properly, so I need to lower the compression ratio down to 8.5:1. That means you can run a reasonable amount of boost (8-12psi). If there is anyone out there who knows of a 4.5 for sale (any condition) then let me know! I've spec'd everything out down to the hybrid turbos, intercoolers etc. Think the biggest problem will be cooling.

If your interested, here are a few pics of my turbo Davrian....

Sounds good, keep us updated! Dont know of any 4.5's anywhere though, I should imagine there are a fair few people who want them for converted Tuscan Racers.

Good luck with your project!

Thanks for all the positive comments chaps! I'm really pleased with how the car has turned out. Hopefully see a few of you up at Blackpool this weekend and put some faces to your names!

One of the threads mentioned someone trying a different engine in a cerb so has a spare one. Think it is a 4.2 but might be suitable (unless its an early one).

IIRC the thread is called 'different engine in cerbera' or something like that.

Good luck with the turbo.

Rob.
