Managed a best of 149.7mph and 27.12 on my third and last run, never really got the launch right.
I'm willing to bet we were closest in that race - my time was 149.72 and 27.09 ! Anyone know of any closer?Overall mine were pretty consistent, with slight improvements.

And that Ultima spanked the Autocar Murcielago LP640 Roadster in the 'race off'
First run got spanked by a Noble as it took off up the strip whilst I sat still spinning (no Fubes, nice and steady, wait...feed the clutch in pull away then GRENN light and REVVVV = lots of smoke and not alot of go!)
145mph and 27.70 iirc
Second run was against a Tuscan (kippax?). He got the better launch as I span the tyres up again and he held me a few car lengths back. Then I slipped him into top and cruised by and pulled maybe a car legth or two. Good competitive race
151mph and 27.2 secs iirc
Finally I faced a modded 996 turbo. A better start, but no match for the porker's getaway. Got my arse well and truly spanked :0
Still the chase drew from me my best of the day. 154 and 26.42
Oh, and in the 'mates races' I let TC and Seasider win on each occasion coz my days bests terminal and time where better than both of theirs
Top day out, well done Windsor
Everyone mixed in and where freindly The Fezza boys and others who wussed out missed a real fun day.
Maybe next year huh lads?

I also noticed that all the Nobles seemed to get much more grip of the line, maybe due to the engine being over the rear wheels...I had problems with spinning wheels in 1st and 2nd till i got to the tarmac bit...

erm - how about...
4.5's weren't really quicker than 4.2 cerberas - it was all about the start. Terminal speeds were about the same, around the 150+
and - you needed some very expensive modified hardware to get close or beat a Cerbera.
what better news could a 4.2 cerb owner want to hear! yay!4.5's weren't really quicker than 4.2 cerberas - it was all about the start. Terminal speeds were about the same, around the 150+
