I think he has already posted a pic.
A 96 4.2 in dark blue (imperial?).Being set up / sorted by an indie I think.
So assume he's gone for a well used example and is upgrading suspension, wheels....
Congrats by the way.

Thanks Gary!

Starmist blue, 2 owners, (+ 1 dealer)
It needed some TLC on the engine, it's had that and MAY be on the road
by the end of the day

For now, I Just want to enjoy it as it is for a while and then decide on any upgrades.

Long term - I may go for Nitrons ( or Scared Stiff's new package) not sure
about wheels.

More later I hope!

Just developed a new damper in collaboration with Bilstein ( quote "which is the best yet" ) and it sells at the same price as the Nitrons £1000.oo inc vat fitted.

Anyone tried it?

Congrats., looks like a very shiny example..and a year ahead of schedule too I wish my projects worked out like that.

I can also recommend the ride and drive experience in a new Cerb before upgrading hardware bits: Instructed by a certain Mr Madcop, you'd be amazed what even the old suspension is capable of
Edited:
Whoops, sorry, didn't see your driver training thread, but I definitely recommend it!

Thanks everyone for your kind words.

Delighted to say, due to those wonderful folk at
TopCats Racing, the car is already on the road!.

Needed their TLC and I'd like to thank them for fitting
me into their busy schedule.

Good luck at Snetterton guys and Gals - hope to see you there!

I'd also like to thank Rob Ingleby for dropping everything to view the
car and for putting my mind at ease.

I'd recommend both the above to any potential or current TVR owners.

Finally many thanks to all those on P/H who have helped bring
forward the dream by 6 months!

In particular, I want to mention Rob and Darren.
Cheers for your guidance guys.

Here ends the Oscar speech!

Graham,

Nice car, hope it goes really well.
You've got it just time for the nice weather we
are having (hope I didn't speak too soon ).

Am going karting at lakeside tonight, will have to come up to MK to try out the circuit there.

Rob.

Thanks Rob.
Indeed, it was a wonderful drive home last night through the lanes

We plan to dust off the Thunderkart and take it down
to Daytona next month and I'll give you plenty of
notice to come up and have a blast.

Thanks again for your help!
