Independent near High Wycombe?

Can anyone recommend a good independent near High Wycombe please? My Boxster is due for a service in 2000 miles but the brake pads are getting low and so I need to get them replaced before then (in time for the Silverstone track day next month!). I'd rather not pay Porsche dealer prices for something simple like this, but equally don't want to go to someone that's going to fit the wrong type of pads.
On a separate note, is it worth fitting high-performance pads given that I use the car for track days? The pads have lasted c. 10K miles since new, including one track day. Not sure of this normal wear or not.
