The neighbour has a daughter who is 16 I think.

She has parties in the day which I dont mind. But the latest party her boyfriends / mates were walking over my property sitting on the bonnet of my car & pissing on my shrubs. Not bad for 2pm on a Monday.

I asked them to move, and credit where its due they apologised and moved off my property.

Oh yes I also had a brick land in my back garden. A bit worrying when I've took the day off work & I am sitting in my garden with my 19 month old daughter...

I brought this up with the old man later that evening (this is the first time we have spoke since the car fall out).

His response. Sorry mate, not my kids on your property - youth of today (& all that shite).

His missus then came out and started mouthing off etc. Mind you she did smile & I thought her make-up was gonna crack.

Anyway, we since found out from the rest of the neighbours, they are a complete bunch of arseholes who dont / cant get on in society.

For the record, I've took legal advice & I know exactly where I stand. Its also reassuring that I am not the common denominator in this dispute.

Now where are those CAT bypass pipes...

Just ignore her...had my neighbours complain about mine (and it is exceptionally noisy) asking if i could not keep it in the garage when i was going to start it up at 5.30 and drive to work.....i Obliged but gave it full revving bollox inside the gargae and they never complained about me crawling out at the small hours from the drive ever again.....

Just waiting for my new cerby to be delivered. Having a tow bar fitted so I can tow my boat round behind it.

Did I mention it's got a blown 502 with strt thru exhausts. Cause I have to do my own tweaking as well so if you want I could pop over and we could run the f***ing lot up for the bitch!

You'll be waiting a bloody long time if you have ordered a new Cerbie with a blown 502 in it.

does the cerby not tow well then? anyone else with experience of this, don't want to blow 45k and find it's not up to the job. Blackpool state the 4,2 is an ideal tourer so I just assumed hanging 3.5tonne of boat on the back down to the med would be ok!

It's a revenger san marino 27 foot. Had a new mercruiser 502 ( no sub for cubes )put in two years ago and blown it up three times since all under warranty! But it's a bloody nice rig and seriously I tow it round with a 93 rangie ( less to go wrong when dunked up to the ears in sea water )with a 4.5 conversion and it it all sits fairly well.

I'm sure it's all this noise ( and a bad case of mid life ) that has led me to going for the new cerbie so I just wanted to get the offer over of running it all up along with his to really p*ss his neighbor off.

oh yeah and the boat's got a 1200w stereo to top it off.

anyone want to guess total decibels?
