Bloody marvellous! My mate has started importing them from another country, and we fitted some today. Blinding result (lol). HID on the main light as well as the driving light (unlike those pikey ones on ebay). easy to fit and comes with a separate control box. No drilling or bodgery req. Thought it might help the car get sold to fit some, although im having second thoughs about selling now! Check the pics (hope they display ok)

the last one shows the light on the road. not the best pic but blasting along on full beam is like daylight!

Apologies if anyone or all of you have got some, just a major thumbs up from me!

When you say "no drilling or bodgery required", where are you mounting the balasts and control unit?

I'm just in the process of fitting a hi-lo kit (which I think is the same as what you're describing), and mounting the balasts in the cavities behind the lights. It's do-able, but fiddily to fit the drill in past all the various pipework/wiring (especially as I'm trying to rig up brake cooling ducts at the same time.

Oh, and BTW, Tuscan-style lights are H7s.

I've already got HID dip beam on my tuscan style lights. I'd really like to upgrade main beam as well - do I need to change the whole kit or can I just add to it?

Are the ballasts shielded? I understand that they need to be to avoid radio interference?

Is the mean beam in the same bulb? if not then you could just get a another kit, if its same you need one of these kits. Ill post a pic on main beam but the camera might not be able to take it wink

If we did a group buy it would be cheap. ***the following prices if we can buy 3 or more sets between us*** I'm up for buying another set for a spare or another motor for starters!

If you collect from him (Aldershot, Hants) would be better, cash on delivery, pay pal or cheque.

Prices:

H4 - (as per my pics) £99 all inc.
H7 - £90 all inc.
H1 - £90 all inc.

The retail on these are easily 130-150
