Jules,
I have the 4.5 with no remap and short induction.
I have the Joo Cooling chip fitted, does this help on this.
I have just been on to Jason at TVR Power, they do a generic chip that they have developed from all the cars they have had on the rolling road with the short induction. One chip on order!!
Cheers
Martin.
The cooling chip will have the standard map plus a cooling mod. So no use. Did you order the generic chip with cooling mod added?I have the 4.5 with no remap and short induction.

T'was fitted by previous owner but I am sure I remember him telling me it was not remapped just the cooling chip.
Ordered one from TVR Power £150 + VAT that has the cooling mod plus a generic remap to cover the short induction pipes, they mentioned that they average 380BHP at the back wheels with this set up so 430+ at the fly wheel assuming around 15% transmission loss.
This will keep it from burning pistons and such till I get a full RR session set up as I want at some point to really get this car sorted to the max.

Anyone know if Raceprove can offer a short induction kit and remap at low low Joolz prices, I've got a 4.5 here crying out for one
Rich.
My car is in for a bit of work presently - I spoke with Raceproved about short induction and all the rolling road stuff that they now do etc.....Rich.
I made mention of the post above and also enquired re my car.
They are running a promotion presently and the prices are below - this is plus VAT. I am sure they do more than this but these are the prices I noted down. Seriously tempting....
Full re-map = £595
Just fuelling correction = £297.
Power Runs = £46.81 (I assume these are the ad-hoc type for willy waving ;-))
Short Induction Kits = £350
They also do cooling chips.
