I'd love to elaborate on this 'outfit' but since it could easily come across as unprofessional I won't..

However : You are exactly correct on your comment one line up from the end - very much so!!

If there's an LP670SV there then I'll eat my hat.

Digressing a moment..also another 'outfit' operating whose name is the same as a separate concern run by a well respected chap on here.
Their first event day at Bruntingthorpe a couple of weeks ago had goodness knows how many customers turning up to drive amongst other supercars a Veyron. What happened? Apparently all the cars didnt turn up since the car transporter 'broke down'.
Yea right

Well you surely wouldn't expect them to drive cars such as a Veyron to Bruntingthorpe would you? drivingwhistle

I can never see the point of these companies over promising and under delivering at events such as the above as it does zero for their creditability/company profile.

Simon, i've always wondered how you get your cars to venues? do you use a transporter?

I did one of their supercar experience things at MIRA on Sunday, the Mrs bought it me as it was £99 through groupon.

Though they listed quite a decent list of nice cars that would be available to be driven there was 'just' a 430, E90 M3, XKR, GT3 & a Mini

Driving the 430 was pointless as they made you change up a gear at not much over 4k RPM, i could have got round the track quicker in any of my normal cars

In the GT3 they let you drive it a lot harder which was good fun

then got taken round the track a few times by a racing driver in an Atom which was brilliant

was a good couple of hours, no way would i pay more than the cheap price that it cost though

Yea we have six doubledecker race car transporters. Two convert (bit like transformers) into a catering truck and media centre. The only one that doesnt go on a transporter is the 458.That gets trailered. However a few more stone chips and that will change smile

The 'experienced racing driver' for 6th gear was unbelievable. I seriously thought the Gallardo he took me out in had been converted to rear wheel drive with how sideways it went... and stayed!

+1

Did an experience day with 6th Gear last year and booked in for another later this year. Skipping the lambo this time and going straight for the Atom! smile

I'd never heard of Supercar Lifestyle until now. Is anyone on here a member? I just had a quick look on their website but I could not see anything about membership prices. I hate that ...

I've never come across such enthusiastic staff.

Even the instructor stood next to me at the urinal starting explaining the best lines through the corners on track hehe

Er, I mean he drove very well with the least amount of wear on being put on the car as possible! He at no point did anything impressive or exciting all... Honest!!!

Seriously though, what I'd give to be able to drive even 10% how he did. Bloody amazing! Had as much fun as a passenger in that with him as when I'd just been driving your LP640.

I was next to them at the AutoSports show in January.
Nice bunch of guys, very enthusiastic. Owner ended up buying the Ascari racecar that was in the auction there.

They're based up in Stafford so wouldn't be that good for you or I for membership like what we currently have, unless you fancy moving up there! They had a Sagaris and GT3 at Autosports, but I don't now what they've got now. They did have a troll on here a few weeks back actually, which was removed very quickly.
