Just paddock passes, I'm expecting to do drive there in the F1 XLM, do a lap in Senna's old car and finish of with a no holes barred session with Lewis' missus.

Two out of three isn't bad..... They'll never get that old car running.

Would have been nice to have got mine but in the end I just couldn't put up with the endless broken promises of delivery dates, non information, misinformation and people not contacting me when asked to, final straw was they started bumping cars ahead of mine on what appeared to be a 'who shouts loudest' policy and believe me I was shouting but clearly at the wrong person. Perhaps it's for the best because if after all that had have happened bits started not working then I think I'd have driven it through the front of the showroom!

I'm sure they'll get it right in time, of course they will need to, but they are a million miles away from their claim that they will transform (for the better) the customer experience that is typical in the market place
I've had a very similar experience to you and today was the final straw. Not sure if they were bumping cars in front of mine, but plenty of misinformation, no contacting me and generally piss poor customer service. Shame as when McLaren were dealing with me directly they were brilliant.
Agree, mclaren were brilliant, but Mark who virtually mans manchester on his own,has been just as good,i dont think i have heard of any complaints from tere at all,but his allocation is only 25% of London, but also he virtually lives in the showroom, were as at London its apointment only and seems to shut on the dot

So are you saying best to order from Manchester rather than London? Still thinking about it. Have spoken to Alastair in London but keep changing my mind.

Knutsford is not Manchester

Being a Knutsford lad I am making a stand against all this McLaren Manchester talk

I am going up there for a night out tomorrow and I wont be going out in Manchester...it will be Knutsford (which is in Cheshire...not even the same county)

Sorry, maybe you should drop into Mclaren Manchester and ask them to change all their PR leaflets and letterheads
im sure they will be interested in your opinion

Only one slight thing is that you always have to slam the door,as you are working against the piston that holds it up,
everything else is a least porsche quality

It’s not that things go wrong; it’s how you fix it that counts!
True although it's petty disappointing that, given the amount of testing they were meant to be doing, they're still fixing outstanding issues such as this (it's not the only one, I understand).
anyone watch f1..... if maclaren made reliable cars both mika hakkinen and kimi raikkanen would be triple + world champs and we would all be saying michael who..... st, david coultaed might have even won year!!!
