It is astonishing how these cars have gone up so much in price. I suspect that part of it is as the California is now the entry level Ferrari the 458 costs that much more. Wasn't the F430 Spider around £140k when it came out?

I may be in a minority here, but with the roof down it looks lovely. But with the roof up it looks terrible. I think that the glass cover would have transformed this car.

Whilst the coupe has grown on me, and I really like it; I just can't see it in this spider. Looks very awkward from the rear. Def not an instant hit in my eyes. Maybe this is one Fcar that doesnt suit plain red.
That said, I always thought the f430 didn't look as right as the Spyder either.
I'm not anti convertible, as I find the Lambo convs stunning.

I'm not anti convertible, as I find the Lambo convs stunning. I agree with this (besides the F430 part  ) The two large bumps behind the seats look huge in photos, I'm yet to see it in person though to be fair.

Not sure what car most of you are looking at but that thing is butt ugly. Ferrari have been making uglier and uglier cars since the mid 90's and this one tops the lot.

One was a customer order at graypaul Ferrari which had its roof up and it looks terrible as people have mentioned. 2nd was the launch party at graypaul, a black one which had its roof down and basically it look stunning!!!

Doesn't look as good as the coupe imho. Those buttresses are way too sharp and angular.

Very pretty as most mid engined V8 Fezzas have been since the 308. Stunning in Blanco Fuji, but what do I know? I'd take an FF in Nero any day.

Im a complete utter fan of the 458 and the idea of a spider is willy dribble material but I cannot stand the look of that from the back it actually looks disgusting! And thats coming from ME!!! lol but hey nothing a few tweaks here and there cant sort...:P
