Is it a factory exhaust, as I thought they were Titanium? That one looks too shiny to be TI.

Really wonderful Andy - appreciate you sharing the WIP photos. It really does look quite fantastic!

Happy to see the original chassis plate back in place too.

Hope you have a great time with it at Goodwood! smile

Andy will you be running up the hill or are you just up for a static display?

You don't mess about do you Andy ?!

I'll be interested to see how they manage to graft that front spoiler on to it. I think it'll look a bit silly myself, but it's your car.....

For one of the breakfast meetings - yes. For a shoot with GF Williams too.

It's never been to the Festival of Speed though.

It was the breakfast club I saw it at then. I saw it on the road on the way there and it just looked so mean!

Not a huge fan of the F1 but that restoration is stunning. I'm sure the open wallet surgery will be worth it.

Has any other been so comprehensively refreshed?

Exquisite. Can only wonder at the pride Gordon Murray feels every morning knowing he created this incredible machine. Pure genuis and an inspiration. Thank you for sharing your excellent pictures.
Nah he's a miserable bd like all engineers, he'l probably think, that pipe could fit better there, ride height looks a bit high, those discs look small compared to the new aventador etc. Even though he did the best with what was available at the time, never satisfied..

Quite a few actually. For instance this was GTR #27R at the Goodwood Festival last year:

And this is a shot of it taken several months prior in the midst of a full restoration:
