Hi, I'm in the market for a 07+spyder ideally in verde ithaca. I've been watching the classifieds for ages and have seen some coupes from time to time and the odd new 560 spyder. Is this colour just extremely rare on an older spyder? I could widen my horizons of course but I'm a patient man. I'd be happy to wait for the right car but if it doesn't exist I'll look at alternatives. I'd be interested in your thoughts or if anyone knows anyone that might want to sell at the end of the summer (or now..), I'd be very grateful. Thanks.

hi mate, great but very rare colour.... there was one genuine verdi coupe sold last year and i bought it....  only seen one older sypder in green in 15 months of raping the classifieds, and that was sold in hours by jpremature.... he had the only other verdi coupe... not sure he actually has the cars for real or whether his ads are nowt but a sham....tried to buy his coupe and he couldn't show me a car for one reason or another!!!

Spurs winning the league or a green spyder, which will come first? I'm not that patient! Guess I'll be looking at other colours\spec. Thanks for the replies.

Thanks for the replies. both would be nice, yiddo!!! i would give jan a call despite what i say, the odd thing is all his cars are photographed in one or two locations, so though he may recycle the pics of these for sale threads, there are some cars he genuinely has and sells... there was defo a caelum blue one last year... he may have once upon a time sold that green spyder to the now current owner, so could give him a call on your behalf.... i think aranchio borealis looks just as stunning for the spyder...

Two very interesting typos there!  I don't think I have ever seen even a picture of a Verde 'standard' Spyder :S I will have to have a look. I think Verde is a rare colour for Lambos but it seems quite popular on the 570-4 SL.

Try Stuart at TorqueProject, I know he definitely had a VI spyder when he was/at Lambo Brum, he may know if it is available. It will be fairly late model though 2010 [?].

I've only ever seen one Gallardo in Verde and that was a coupe at Maranellos. GF always said i was mad to want that colour until she saw it in the metal that day. If I ever give Lambo another chance after the debacle with my car it would def be my colour of choice.

Thanks. Seems I'm searching for the lost lamborghini city of Verde Ithaca. I'll make the calls and keep watching the ads, thanks. In the meantime, I'll widen my appetite. If anyone is thinking of selling when the sun goes in later this year, feel free to email me.

Does it have to be a Spyder as VI coupes are less rare and 1 for sale in Classified at present.

If none are available why not buy one in a resale colour and have it wrapped in the VI?

It sure is a lovely looking car but i'm obsessing over a Spyder. I can buy now, later, or next year. My wife wants to go understated dark colour but I need green! i haven't seen the orange in the flesh but UHMatts looked gorgeous. I'll keep an eye out for any owner meets in theydon bois, essex area. thanks.
