Oh no, I didn't know which car he had hit, not good, really not good.

Bugger!

At least your Countach doesn't look too badly damaged. Hope the rest of the journey goes ok.
Cheers guys. My fingers are crossed we get to the finish.

Tris, good to see the update. Shame about the damage, but yours looks a lot better than his!
I got home about 3 hours ago, 1000 miles from leaving you in Milan.
Keep up the good work, and make sure you and Dave keep the side up eh? wink
We sure will Pete. I think this demonstrated the value you bring to a trip. The walkie-talkies are a real miss for the group. The plan tomorrow is to link up with the old gang at the first services and show them how we roll.

Hi,

can you let me when you think your convoi will pass on the motorway nest to Arras in the north of FRance when you return?

I want to make some pictures of you when you will pass :-)

Many of the cars are being trailered back on trucks, or driving via other places (like Monaco and Switzerland).

Cars driving back will probably pass Arras during Monday...

Great update, the whole event sounds incredible!

Can't believe the guy who hit you isn't playing ball; good of Lambo to get involved though!

Nice to see the Cala amongst the celebrations. Always thought it was a good looking car.

Back from Bologna with some great memories and will share some images to help share with those who were unable to attend, with this being the very first Lamborghini to arrive in the Piazza Maggiore.

A few pics of mine for now, still editing most of them!

And a little video of some Aventador flaming up the mountains, seriously fun roads up there even when you are not in a Lambo!

Couple of stories from the event with the first being an Espada that the coils caught fire and the only parts easily available meant to opening up the museum and take them off the car on display. There is excellent customer service for you.

The second one being the prototype Cala that was on the tour that ran faultless, although the factory were just a little concerned as there were no spare parts on the support vehicles, as everything was a "one off", with the engine being the V12 but 2 cylinders removed. Apparently it was not even road legal and was on "Provo" plates.

I remember sitting in this car at the 1995 Earls Court show when Jason Barker was hosting the stand, which I think was in the Porsche Cars Great Britain being the Lamborghini dealer days? Took another 8 years to the Gallardo arrived. Would the Cala have been a success? Looked special with the roof off when it left for the short run from Bologna to Sant' Agata for the Gala Evening
