Streetrod, have you seen the 250 LWB TDF on dk's web site?
Yep, looks very original and has a good history, it’s a shame it was converted from a closed headlight to an open headlight model. If I was being honest its not my favorite colour combination. I have no idea what price they are looking for..

If I had the choice I would love this car from the Patterson Collection, just listen to that exhaust

judging from RM auctions valuers latest "valuations" on a certain channel 5 show I would be surprised if anything reaches its Rm auction estimate..

I will be dragging myself along to Battersea for this sale, it looks like they have some interesting cars going across the block, here is a quick selection that might prick the interest of those on here:

First a 2008 Koenigsegg CCX with only 1700 miles on the clock. It’s got a good spec and nice colour combo, but the instrumentation could do with updating to the Chrono Pack. No idea of the reserve, but I think if RM are sensible this could be a very good buy. It could also set the market value in the UK.

It looks like a Tom Hartley car - he mentioned that he bought that one on twitter, so can't see it being a steal after premium ...

BUYERS PREMIUM:
Automobiles – A 12% (+VAT) commission will be added to the final bid of each automotive lot purchased.

And don't forget similar sellers commission. So guy selling the veyron will net back 450k if it sells for 500k. 450/575 spread, nice commission!

"Tastefully finished in silver and dark metallic blue, as ordered by the vendor who is also the original owner, the example offered here is number 100 of 300 built. It has covered a mere 669 kilometres from delivery, all of which have been accrued exclusively by the Bugatti service team where the car was sent for its annual maintenance that was religiously carried out, regardless of cost. Other than those carefully-supervised kilometres, the car simply has not been driven."

Got to make at least £600k surely?

600k after premium maybe so 520 before.

Tempted?

£20k p.a. annual service? Lock it away for 10 years, I reckon that has potential.
Very!

That's Carrera GT money.....surely at under £300k it can't be THAT bad. ? Not that I'm likely to spend £300k on a car in a hurry.......

I keep reading that CGT's are "cheap"....so on that basis surely the egg is ?

Is it possible to go to this just to watch without paying the £70 entry? I'm not far away so would be tempted if it was.

Why would the car cover 669km's being serviced? Surely it would be trailered to and from the service center.

the only thing going in the veyron's favour is that its one of 300 cars made... downside is Bug have created so many special editions that its hard to see the standard car sky rocketinging in price. But then again if your paying £500k i dont see them getting any cheaper than that either...

I love that Ferrari 250 but i believe we are currently at peak prices for those historically... I dont like the idea of buying at the top of the market!

So it's never been driven, but it's been serviced annually and the guy's going to lose £500k on it.

Nice.

I didn't pay when I went to the Bond car auction. You could chance your arm and wander through the entrance when the ladies are occupied....

The perfect family car.

Mercedes Benz 600 Pullman Limousine

Lacks isofix and is guaranteed to ps off every other parent trying to park outside school.

However - big boot, space for kids plus nanny/au pair in rear, all important dividing screen between front and rear seats guaranteeing scream free motoring.

A tad expensive perhaps....
