I think you will find you just bought your Ferrai in *exactly* the same way 95% of the rest of us did.
Problem is I've done it twice now Thought I was getting more mature and sensible in my (now into my 30s) old age Bought the first Griffith I looked at.
Bought the Integrale sight unseen in a motorway service station.
Bought the first 308 I looked at.
The only one I was even vaguely sensible on was my Sagaris...and that took 2 test drives to persuade me to buy it and even then I wasnt convinced Id done the right thing!!
I rather suspect such stories are not uncommon for most of us on here throughout our car buying years. Boring wife's car and we will do all the garage/dealer, nitpicking, anally retentive husband thing. Buying our own interesting motors and we all think with our balls first and brains last.

That looks really nice mate. Love the interior (contrast between cream/blue).
Are there any seats in the back or is it purely a luggage rack? (Was it an option one or the other?)
These are strictly 2 seaters, although I suppose it's not beyond the realms of possibility that some Sheikh somewhere ordered a custom one with 911 sized seats in the back for the petite extra wives Are there any seats in the back or is it purely a luggage rack? (Was it an option one or the other?)

Congratulations.... Fabulous purchase, I'm certain you'll love it. Sneaky suspicion it might have been my first fcar.
Did you sell it to McG? It's had 2 previous owners and they sold it to the second owner back in 2009 or soatb

After assessing all sides (well, not really, it's just a gut instinct), I'd choose the 550.
And I just put my money where my mouth is Completely not the way to buy an Fcar but life's too short
Excellent! That makes two of us who have voted with our wallets since you started this thread. Anyone done the same with a 612?And I just put my money where my mouth is Completely not the way to buy an Fcar but life's too short
