Be back on the road in a few months

All the same must be a few nervous people at Lloyds thinking about the rebuild estimate

2 Mins on google finds these pictures. Definitely not a real 250 GTO.

If that is a real 250 GTO then I'm guessing that it is not even close to a write off. Even if it needed £10 million worth of repairs it would still be worth doing.

""a British man who wishes to remain anonymous" dons personalised plates and ponses about in Puerto Banus in a red sport car. Funny how privacy kicks in when people start to point and laugh".

Tabloids splash future queen's baps all over the shop, but respect request for privacy for classic car owner shocker..

Does Ferrari or any other car manufacturer allow its badges on copies? I am sure I remember Rolls Royce very unhappy with their badge on a Spitfire engined car or something similar.

A 250GTO Spyder.....

Mmmmm. That's a new one on me. Must have been an extremely rare car that no Ferrari expert was aware of until now!

Can't believe anyone 'in the know' would consider that heap of fibreglass (as the news report says) junk to be authentic. No owner worth his mind would put such a st number plate on their 250GTO Spyder either.

Crap reporting IMO. Muppets.

Why is it always The Sun that get basic facts wrong? Remembed the "125mph Maserati MC12" Chris Evans was driving.

It's because, like the Daily Fail, they are clueless idiots.

Totally off topic but Shmee, is it yourself that takes an interest in 2 character number plates?
