So, now he's here and your all sucking up to him, everyone's forgotten the fact he drives like a tt in the capital.

Daft flag waving aside, what do you mean by 'Asian'?
From Wiki...

Asia (Listeni/ˈeɪʒə/ or /ˈeɪʃə/) is the world's largest and most populous continent, located primarily in the eastern and northern hemispheres. It covers 8.7% of the Earth's total surface area and comprises 30% of its land area. With approximately 4.3 billion people, it hosts 60% of the world's current human population. Asia has a high growth rate in the modern era. For instance, during the 20th century, Asia's population nearly quadrupled.[3]

The boundaries of Asia are culturally determined, as there is no clear geographical separation between it and Europe, which together form one continuous landmass called Eurasia. The most commonly accepted boundaries place Asia to the east of the Suez Canal, the Ural River, and the Ural Mountains, and south of the Caucasus Mountains (or the Kuma–Manych Depression) and the Caspian and Black Seas.[4][5] It is bounded on the east by the Pacific Ocean, on the south by the Indian Ocean and on the north by the Arctic Ocean.

Given its size and diversity, the concept of Asia – a name dating back to classical antiquity - may actually have more to do with human geography than physical geography.[6] Asia varies greatly across and within its regions with regard to ethnic groups, cultures, environments, economics, historical ties and government systems

^^This is peoples problem.

Lord Aleem is telling people on the net that they are HIS.

He's not saying on you tube "to all intents and purposes they might as well be mine".

He's saying that he's a 19 year old kid "On his way to pick up HIS second Aventador" etc.

Which is a complete lie. When my Dad buys a new car, I don't post a pic on PH saying it's mine, with an invisible caveat that it'll be mine when my Dad dies and I inherit it, therefore on a "technicality" I can claim it to be mine.
To be honest that sounds like a lot of pointless arguing over semantics. He might not own it on paper, but if he can go out and drive it whenever he feels like it then in practical terms it's as good as his.

I tend to think that arguing this much over semantics betrays true feelings of green eyed monster to be honest. Fair play to the lad really, most if not all people when presented with the same opportunities to drive these cars would do exactly the same.

Personally I'm not really enamoured with self-appointed titles like "Lord", or ostentatious public displays of wealth (beyond actually owning these things to begin with!) in a similar vain as posted above - but to be honest getting upset about that kind of stuff, none of which you can control, is an exercise in futility really.

But British culture has never been about that, as a proud nation that once pretty much ruled the world and who have achieved so much for such a small country, are defined by the deeds we do, not the cars we drive. Modesty, maturity, quiet confidence, and taste are qualities we aspire to, unlike many other cultures, especially Asian.
Daft flag waving aside, what do you mean by 'Asian'?
What does he mean by "Asian", what are you stupid.

Let me elaborate what he really means, and that is they are "all" thieving, drug dealing scumbags who don't pay tax, and don't do a honest days work in their lives. How dare they be born in England, call themselves British, and become successful. These second class citizens who are bringing Blighty down who need to be sent back from whence they came.

FWIW I totally disagree with the above, and coming from a Jewish background I must admit I find the racist undertones of "some" posters quite abhorrent.

P.S. Oh I've just read Craigwww's last post, and looks like he hasn't even got the balls to say what he means, and has tried to weasel his way out of what he really means with a generic post.

Can we have a show of hands of all those people who "own" a lease car, and refer to "my car" ?

60% of the world's population, you've really narrowed down what you meant, haven't you?

This ownership argument is tedious, isn't it? When various posters from the same culture are telling you that's how ownership works for them, then you should probably back down and accept it. Ownership is a social construct, it's not a law of nature - if that's how Aleem's culture views ownership then he's quite correct to say they are his cars.

Still drives like a tt though

Now this is getting interesting. I see your testes are plucking up the courage to say what you really mean. Please can you be courteous enough to divulge what you really mean about the Pakistani culture, as I would love to be educated against the belief, like most other distinguished members of this forum hold, and that is idiots come in all races, and cultures.

Well done, you got there in the end. I dread to think how vague you are with your doctor ' the pain is somewhere between my belly button and toes'

Now, your experience of that culture is what exactly?

Yes you are right, and that's why I felt the need to say something, it's a real shame really that in this day, and age we have narrow minded views on each others backgrounds.

I agree that Aleem was acting like an idiot in the video, fuelled by the carparazzi to do it more, but people forget he's only 19, and we've all done stupid things at that age, and the only difference is what we had at our disposal at that age. For me it was a bottle of Herzog, and wetting the bed, and I for sure would swap the ridicule I got for that with driving in Central London like a tw@.

What makes Craigwww's post even more cringe worthy is that now what he's really saying is "Ah Bunty your not Pakistani, your one of us", and I'm sure his views on Jews are just as narrow minded when talking to his anti-Semitic friends.

Regards
Mr. Fox

No I won't do you any courtesy Mr. 'distinguished' member, I made an observation I believe to be true about some cultures and how they like to display their wealth and why other cultures may see it as cringeworthy. Any further cultural commentary is in your head (as your reply to my post proved) and I will not be drawn into any debate designed to out me as a racist.
