Clutch wear, creaky suspension and kerbed alloys are among the main ones to look for. All easily repairable and not crazy expensive.
Jerky semi-auto-gearboxes are a common niggle for some people, but it adds to the theatre as it can "throw" you back in the seat.
All in all, Gallardos seem to be one of the most reliable supercars of the past few years.
