I think that the ASA now includes claims made on websites if people were inclined to complan about the accuracy of the claims being made.
Yup. Scott Alexander was reported for bullstting.

Is it because Pistoenheads can potentially be done for slander? So maybe legal implications?

Or because they advertised on Pistonheads? That will get deleted...

You can only get done for slander if something is untrue and damages someone's reputation. Don't think anything untrue has been said, and it's in the public domain when he is on tv and about his antics. Think he is done a pretty good job damaging his own reputation.

That video is a real eye opener, dodgy people!

And at 4:16 one of the Verdi guys opens a door fairly hard into the side of a 308 frown
Yeah well spotted! Cheeky little bd! Hope it didn't damage it!

That's right, shocking isn't it and the owner trying to tone it down is a bit of a fib, and threats of legal action against forum members is a no no.

I pulled out of a purchase after seeing Verdi walking around the place some months back.

They won't be getting any of my money!

I use The Ferrari Centre near Maidstone, Kent and Keys Motorsport next to Silverstone.

Thanks for heads up. Looked at a Ferrari at GVE in the past, will ensure I don't in the future.

This is always good viewing for anyone considering doing any business with any company that associates with senior employees/owners of Verdi:

I did meet the guy behind GVE in 2014 on a meet (he had an aventador at the time) seemed a decent guy.
Even considered using there s.o.r service at one point.
But to find out he is associating himself with verdi in any way is a shocker.
Am guessing he made the decision that the number of people aware of the full facts surrounding the verdi mob is tiny in the scheme of things.
Would I consider using any of their services now?
NO, out of principle.
Business card I was given - now in the bin.

Blimey, I bought the 570 from them, Had I known this then it may have been a different story, I have been called twice by their buyer and twice f#cked about.
