I think that the ASA now includes claims made on websites if people were inclined to complan about the accuracy of the claims being made.

That's right, shocking isn't it and the owner trying to tone it down is a bit of a fib, and threats of legal action against forum members is a no no.I pulled out of a purchase after seeing Verdi walking around the place some months back.
Thanks for heads up. Looked at a Ferrari at GVE in the past, will ensure I don't in the future.
This is always good viewing for anyone considering doing any business with any company that associates with senior employees/owners of Verdi:

I did meet the guy behind GVE in 2014 on a meet (he had an aventador at the time) seemed a decent guy.
Even considered using there s.o.r service at one point.
But to find out he is associating himself with verdi in any way is a shocker.
Am guessing he made the decision that the number of people aware of the full facts surrounding the verdi mob is tiny in the scheme of things.
Would I consider using any of their services now?
NO, out of principle.
Business card I was given - now in the bin.
