I picked up my Huracan from Lamborghini Leicester today. Very different to the 458 Speciale it replaces, but definitely a fabulous car that really feels like an event to be enjoyed every day. The gearbox is sublime whilst the sound in the cabin is intoxicating.

Had a go in the Huracan on Monday. Fast and light years ahead of a Gallardo but ultimately a tame & soulless experience. The Aventador ... now that's a car!

Is that why the ride height looks so high?

It's possible they're transported with blocks in the springs.

More likely the front is lifted to get it off the trailer and they haven't bothered to put it back down.

The original pictures were from the dealer when it was delivered last Friday. This is from this evening on my drive. The Goodwood cars were pre-production and limited to 6000 rpm. I left school a very long time ago ...

The Speciale didn't last long ! What's on order to replace the Huracan - presumably that will arrive soon too !

But last month you said that it was "ultimately a tame & soulless experience."

What changed your mind?

Congratulations! It's always nice having a brand new Lamborghini on your drive. Enjoy - and I'd be interested to see how you get on with it.

No in fact I don't, it was a post from someone who had posted once before saying the car was crap and a photo of a car straight off the transporter, a not very convincing ownership photo. Given the same situation again i'd say the same.
I hope that doesn't upset you ;-)

It did feel like a baited trap, Silent just voiced what the vast majority were thinking.
