No in fact I don't, it was a post from someone who had posted once before saying the car was crap and a photo of a car straight off the transporter, a not very convincing ownership photo. Given the same situation again i'd say the same.
I hope that doesn't upset you ;-)
Fair enough, we are all open to our opinions. Its obvious my reply upset you lol. Come on dude, its only an internet forum Jesus. smile

Cripes didn't know Leicester even had a lambo dealership... Must get down there for an oggle sometime.

Looks great in orange.

Would one assume that this car is a leicestershire local then?

Might see it about if so.

I would be VERY interested to hear why you left the Speciale (which is unanimously regarded as one of the best cars produced this decade) and the Hurracan (which has been welcomed pretty coldly by all testers...) ??

Very simple, the Huracan arrived earlier than expected and I have limited space for cars. The Huracan has been an absolute revelation. I was pretty non-plussed at Goodwood as I drove there in a 458 Speciale and went on track in the Aventador first. I think both of those cars are in their element on track. The Huracan is by contrast a fabulous street car; very fast but smooth and extremely comfortable coupled to a presence I have never experience before. The reactions of other drivers and onlookers are astounding. The 458 Speciale & Huracan are at opposite ends of the supercar spectrum and can't be compared. They are both the best in their respective classes. Undoubtedly the 458 Italia replacement will move the game on again next year, but for now I'm happy to admit I got the Huracan wrong. However, it's replacement next year ... what else could it be but a 458 Speciale in Blu Abu Dhabi!

No I'm not upset. I'm just amazed that you looked at the photograph in such detail

You didn't upset me at all, I just thought it was odd you in effect calling me a tit for voicing an opinion on a dubious post!

To prove everyone that you own this car, do what another pistonhead member did.....pic with a tin of Heinz Beans resting on the boot

Wow stunning car. Congratulations.

But are you saying you sold your 458 Speciale for the Huracan and another 458 Speciale will be replacing your Huracan next year?

Damn, if only I could change my cars that often smile

No - it needs to be Bird's custard.

If you knew anything about PH you would know that it has to be custard.

The chat on thisthread would however imply that other ph'ers know the Op, so the test is probably irrelevant.

I have to say I prefer the Hurracan in green, but a mate has an orange one on order.

don't know tim but.... if you are in a priveliged position with the main dealers such that you get the latest model first, then makes sense to flip from newest car to newest car.... you may even make a profit per car...
