I was there with my son. He is only 4 but he would not dream of touching any of the cars (and nor would I!).

Thanks to all of you who showed off your cars. It will pi55 me off if the behaviour of a few morons prevents the rest of us enjoying your vehicles close up.

PistonHeads held a Sunday Service event at the venue, so maybe that explains the class of visitor and their level of respect for other peoples exotica??

to be fair, I went on the Saturday and it appeared to be a totally different scenario, people were well behaved, no little bds up to mischief as far as I could see and it wasn't too busy.
+1
Saturday was a great day and people were respectful of the cars as far as I could see. smile

This is exactly what I feared and thankfully I bottled it and didn't go on the Sunday in the end.

There is no way I would of left my car unattended to go watch the racing so it would of been 400+ miles wasted.

What a shame but I've decided I'd rather pay £600 and go on one of the dedicated Silverstone track experience days where the general public won't be admitted

I went, left my car lots of people looking and no problems. The day I'm scared to leave my car alone at a PH event is the day day I'd sell up!
