Surely if the retail is around ninety grand that cannot be a genuine price - a dealer would give more

That does look cheap, have you phoned up for it?

It could be a scam however.

Sold mine SOR at £86K a few months back. It was listed from memory at £ 96.5K. Mine was a mint 07 with 13.5K miles on the clock, and with FFSH.

At £ 55K retail the above example is either a scam, a badly butchered example, a typo or very quickie divorce!

Its at £115k.... That isn't exactly cheap out there and looks more expensive than others of same vintage but less mileage.

Or did I miss something and you meant over priced?

Private sale a little leggy out of warranty I'd say that price is very optimistic.dealer offers would start with a 7 I reckon.

2009 is nice, but when you can buy an 08 for 100k from a dealer with less than 10k miles 115 seems excessive for a private sale. I am currently looking at 430's but the 599 is getting to almost similar money and I am tempted by that V12

Has anyone actually contacted the seller to check the price, back story or viewed it?
I'm miles away from Surrey but if it is £55k, I'm tempted to get it on a finance deal. Over 4 years with interest rates so low it would be a steal.

Right, £116k - mispriced on Pistonheads.

Lovely bloke, but not nice enough to give it away that cheap smile

It's a Scam.......

==

Hello

I just got your message regarding my 2009 FERRARI 599 GTB FIORANO F1 . Please note that the location is not shown correctly on Pistonheads, that's my old address. I recently moved back to the Denmark and the car is in Copenhagen ready for test drive or delivery. It's a right hand drive car and can't be driven in Denmark so I'm selling it. The car runs just perfect, looks great in and out as shown in the pictures, no smoking owner, no mechanical flaws, accident free & HPI clear.

Has full service history,8 months of MOT and 7 months of TAX and odometer reads 26,900 miles. Reg. number is V99FER and number plates are included.
Considering the offers I received I'm asking £55,000 and this includes delivery to your location. It's ready to be delivered with all registration documents, service records, original invoice, both car keys and the bill of sale.

Regards

A few weeks ago it was a cheap merc CLS with exactly the same blurb......

Very concerning that anyone would even believe for a milli-second that it could of been a genuine sale at £55k
