Good idea being stealthy! I'm sure nobody will hear the exhaust(as long as they're about two miles away!) ;p

Nice thread smile This morning I've fitted an oxygen sensor I had removed for repair, I have gone for a quick test drive (gorgeous weather in Madrid at the moment), then I have put in the amount of petrol that is best for the Aderco 5000 additive I have added when I arrived home.

Just spent 2 days at the Nurburgring in the 12C - courtesy of Destination Nurburging. The weather was, how shall I put it, a bit varied! We had snow, hail, sleet, rain and bright sunshine - sometimes on the same lap!

Car was so surefooted. Brilliant.

What's stupid about that? Looks like a fabulous road for a hoon! Superb practice for judging suitable speed and limit points.

Driving on a road that has the same width as the car gives me a strange slot car feeling, specially in bends biggrinbiggrin In fact, I found this effect pretty significant when I bought my Ultima, which is my first wider car. I do small roads from time to time with a group of friends, and for that very task, I would rather ride a Seven-like or similar car like I used to. Then again, pretty much any other scenario is much much more attractive on the Ultima, of course.

OK. I admit it. I've any number of similar roads around me and whilst they're fun in the Lambo, they're more so in the Eleven!

Opened it up properly for the first time this morning, roads were a bit damp so I couldn't go 10/10ths but christ it's scary fast!

First press on the throttle gives the same kind of pull as my LP, although somehow different.
Feels like you're getting pushed from the back rather than pulled from the front if that makes any sense.
But then there's more travel on the throttle, your foot sinks another inch and suddenly it just explodes, insane acceleration, really stomach churning.

Going to take me a while to get used to this!

Went up to the Shmeeting in Hyde Park for a rather unique evening. Answers on a postcard as to why people move their cars from one space to another at random intervals.

Felt sad frown ... One night left outside & muddy cat prints up the bonnet / windscreen and fur on the roof where the little b****** must have spent the night !
Is there an anti-cat forum that I can join ??
