Has anyone got any hands on experience of owning one of these, Iam thinking of trading up from a GTS.

The 2015 model is beautiful in magma red.

Thanks

I know a chap who has one on a 64 plate and was delivered I think in jan/feb time. If you've got any questions I ll respond as quick as I can to them.
He came from a granturismo s before and says this is so much more involving and emotional, and they sound miles better. IN fact the sound through those exhausts is one of the best bits - sounds much deeper, growlier and more natural than say a 458.
If you're on about coming from a 911 GTS The gearbox won't be as silky smooth as a PDK, but driving experience wise is more emotional an fun. Im 6ft 1 and could be in the back fairly comfortably - with no chance in a 911. Boot is decent too. Seats lovely - especially in alcantara.

When you said trading up I assumed you meant from a Granturismo GTS not a Porsche ?

Good to meet you NarrinRed!

Let me know if you have anymore questions! For what it's worth - I think you should by the Centenary Edition!

Cheers!

Was 2015 (ie this year) the first deliveries of the 2+2 MCS?

No the 2+2 version was introduced in 2013 when Maserati finally came to their senses

They had to make a certain amount of 2 seaters with the strut in the back apparently for homologation purposes, and as soon as they produced the set amount it was put back to a 2+ 2 to my knowledge with the option to go back to a strict 2 seater.
So they were at their senses already they just had to produce a specific amount of road cars to race - or so I am told!

Anjum is probably your best for an MC Stradale, but god they sound good! I would recommend having the exhausts powder coated black, and if the spoiler at the back isn't carbon possibly having it carbon dipped or something - breaks the back up nicely.
Also worth considering paint protection at the front, wings, and sills as does seem to chip easily - but that totally depends on your mindset on whether having plastic on top ruins the paint.

Quite lively buggers in race mode too, doesnt take too much to step out if you're careless with throttle application!

Best of luck!

Thanks. They're not very common are they! None on Autotrader.

I have had mine for a year now and I absolutely love it. I did trade up from a 4.7 MC Shift and the difference between the 2 cars is like night and day. The Stradale is much sharper to drive, it doesn't feel as soft as the MC shift, it feels a lot faster and lighter, the sound is amazing and I can use it everyday. I think with the 4 seats, large boot, looks and sound its a hard package to beat.

Many thanks all, especially Anjum.

Yes, it would be a trade up from a 2014 GT-S to the MC.

The Stradale is rare even more so the 4 seat version as you say none on A/T and only 2 on PH

Well Narrinrad are you about to pull the trigger
