So it seems after a 2 or 3 year break, London's favourite supercar dealer is back in town. So a plea from those of us who lost hundreds of thousands of pounds please keep away from this man and if you want a recap why:

He never went away. Has been servicing cars just up the road from his other place. Didn't spot him at DK's open day this year though...

With all the money he owes people still, how hasn't he had some nasty men knock on his door yet?

He has hasn't he? not sure if linked above but on a programme about Bailiff's, they paid him a visit. Think it was difficult to ascertain what was actually his or on his premises on SOR

The Ferrari Chat thread was a curious read. Seems he has at least one fanboy!

I could be wrong but I believe the verdi website is unchanged (it was never taken down) from 2013.

I wonder what company entity they are using now?

I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole myself!

I was literally just about to message you on this topic, seems I have got way too vested into reading into his dealings/mugging people off, how anyone can do this to hard working people I don't know?

The thread on ferrari chat is interesting, whats the bets the person defending him was a family member or a working colleague rather than a legitimate owner?

Reading those threads just makes my skin crawl. I think unfortunately he just knows how to play the system and rip unsuspecting people off, unfortunately not all owners seem to do minor 'due diligence' as it were in their research of where they get their car serviced... shame.

He has been disqualified from holding a directorship for 10 years to my understanding - doesnt stop him registering the business in say his wifes name and him being an employee and unofficially running the show still.
I think the term 'a leopard can't change its spots' springs to mind.

It's actually quite difficult to get disqualified from being a director.

If your business fails, but is run properly you won't be, there are plenty of people with dissolved business behind them.

There has to be proved serious misconduct, malicious or fraudulent practice to be disqualified.

There does not seem to be any dispute as to what virdi did. I do wonder why. He was trading from ,relatively inexpensive premises, seemed busy enough.
We can all guess , but I am a very nosy person and would love to know more
