There does not seem to be any dispute as to what virdi did. I do wonder why. He was trading from ,relatively inexpensive premises, seemed busy enough.
We can all guess , but I am a very nosy person and would love to know more
I think on FChat a number of reasons have been put forward for why he did what he did. We can all guess , but I am a very nosy person and would love to know more
A shame really because for many years it was a respected & recommended business.

Greed is a sad thing. Many are guilty of it, but should you do it illegally then you're going to get in trouble and pay the price.A shame really because for many years it was a respected & recommended business.
I remember going there 6 months before the st hit the fan
I called first to see where abouts they were and enquirerd about a 360
Got there and was asked to go up stairs to see Carl, got to the office and got talking to a nice Sikh chap who was letting Verdi sell his 512 tr, Carl floated in and out and we had a chat about cars etc and generally had a nice chat but they couldn't show me any stock which I thought weird
There were a lot of teens floating about the place too
Hope they guy with the 512 tr didn't loose out

I think you'll find he has his Mum and sister as directors IIRC. My wife is from that area and KB and his family are quite well known with an interesting history and reputation. I found a lot of this out when I went to look at a Murcie he was selling SOR. So did some homework on him before I went. The car was an absolute nail. Funny enough not described as such however. Whilst waiting for him to turn up for an appointment, he was only 45 mins late, we watched from outside as his "mechanics" or "technicians" were seen sitting on the rear wing of a 355 having a fag. Then even more, I was going to say amusing, but sad really was the they drove a car in for an MOT. Their guy drives it in, opens the drivers door and smashes it into a tool chest. Didn't even bat an eyelid. What a clown.
Personally I'm always suspicious of people that call themselves Karl when his name is really Kuldip and says his surname is Verdi, when it is actually Birdi. Why would you do that?
All I can say is stay well clear. Maybe his servicing is really good. I've never used them so I can't really say. But the obvious lack of respect for other people's property is there to see and is simply astonishing and unfortunately all to familiar a trait for people like him and typical of that area of London to be honest.

Once again, I reference this clip where, in the background, one of them slings a 360 door open and wallops the side of a 308 with it. Watch carefully at 4m 16s and listen for the bang too!Gassing Station | Supercar General | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
