A 78 GTB went for over €200k this week. Wasn't even a plastic one. I think you may well have left the track early on the long climb up after Eau Rouge

So am I in my 40's. I'm not an old fossil yet.

Old pre war Bentleys are epic. It's like driving a Spitfire aircraft and a great place to park your cash.

I will admit that really old stuff is an acquired taste. But I'm a convert.

Saw a lovely Speed Six amongst a convoy of Continentals on the road back from Le Mans. Stunning road presence, a joy to behold. In between 40's and 60's but can see the merit
