The car is due a service - "probably" the main London dealer doesn't seem too keen on the business as not calling back despite contacting them twice.

Maybe if they scour PH they might make that call.

What is wrong with people - don't they want business?

Non-franchise = Autoficcina if they are local

Franchise - maybe a less local will collect if its a major

Try http://www.giallo.co.uk/

They have been very good and have helped sort out niggles without charging an arm and a leg..

Tricky when they aren't returning my calls.... which is bizarre given they know the car ....

Joe Macari on the over hand were responsive and prepared to undercut HR Owen - if they have the same quality mechanics and same software / hardware diagnostics ....

I know a few of the guys at Joe Macari - you wont go wrong there and they have all the latest factory kit.

Well well - HROwen finally got back to me - and came in slightly cheaper than Joe Macari - and then said they can't take the car till w/c 4th August !

That'll be someone else getting the business then ...

I'd take it to Joe Macari.

I have just used HRO and can report they did a good efficient job with none of the silly games some dealers play in trying to get extra work done. Have had a couple of issues with Joe Macari before, one with a QP and one my current GT-S, simply won't use them again as a result.

I have found Joe Macari to be excellent, they replaced the ball joints on my 599 without any fuss and very quickly under warranty (another main dealer said this was not possible...). I would highly recommend them.

Autofficina would get my vote as Elias and Peter are the most knowledgeable guys around.
