Looking forward to seeing everyone in the morning, if anyone hasn't received meeting place details please let me know asap.
Despite a few people dropping out we still have 35 coming to the Breakfast rendezvous, a couple of cars aren't doing the convoy but a couple of extra cars (including a Miura) will be meeting us there.
All-in-all it promises to be a good day, fine and dry (17C - 21C) but a bit more sunshine wouldn't go amiss!

It was a really enjoyable day & a pleasure to have met most of you & yep, far less chaotic then last time by a long way!
It may have been a smaller convoy but i loved seeing the ecclecticness of what came. a mix of modern & classic & all looked great! From two 458 Speciale's & the OP's recently re-bought 355 to the daddy of all supercars. The Lamborghini Miura! Heck even a 365 GTC/4 was there too.
Pics of not just you guys but of absolutely everything from today is right here!

Hope to see you guys again before the end of the year.

Just received a very nice 'Thank You' from Peter Saywell's wife for the just over £400 we contributed to £7,380.14 raised in total.
I was very pleased with our contribution, particularly from those that put in a bit extra and for the passenger's who contributed likewise.
We also got an invite to do it again at the next one, so you're all up for it...?

Thanks for organising, shame about the crappy weather but a great turnout. Be nice to get on track next time.I was very pleased with our contribution, particularly from those that put in a bit extra and for the passenger's who contributed likewise.

Well done on the organisation Ian, another good day and a great selection.
Memorable moments:
- The run down to Pease Pottage with Steve (Jag 220 Sport) and Mark (Italia).
- The faces on the two postmen and vans down the lanes as they realised they were trapped until we all passed by.
- That Miura S
- Giving young lad Liam a couple of circuits in the Noble - he said sorry for talking so much but he was nervous and not to go too fast
- Saywell's 'fleet' - as always
- That Miura S (agian!)
Not so memorable moments:
- The uninformed gate Marshall telling 10-odd of us the paddock was full (even though we had pre-allocated spaces) and directing us to the car-park (via the full-up gravel area first)
- The bloody coldest and wettest July lunch outside the Control Tower Cafe (why couldn't the weather be like Sunday which was perfect)!
- The cars parked in the paddock that should not have been there - instead should have been directed to the car-park.
All in all a great day out though

A great collection of cars and a fab drive to Goodwood - I loved the look on some peoples faces when 30+ supercars drove past!
