Genuine question - is either the Maserati or the Jaguar considered a supercar?

PS. Not looking to upset the OP or anyone else indeed.
No. Also wondered why it was posted here.

(also not looking to upset anyone)

What is or is not a supercar is very much an individual assessment, having owned the Maserati I would say that quite a lot of people do consider it a supercar. This also partly relates to where you live and what sort of cars people are used to seeing every day.

All those Channel 4 documentaries about the rich and famous certainly think the Maserati GT is a supercar as that's all they talk about when showing rich peoples cars hehe No program goes by without them showing or mentioning a MASERATI - wonder if the camera man or director owns one biggrin

It's called viseeo tune2air. It plugs into the iPod cable in the glovebox and works when you switch to 'aux' mode. It syncs as soon as you start the car and sound quality is excellent. If you use Spotify, just make sure you download / stream at the 'extreme' quality setting.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/ViseeO-Tune2air-WMA1000-c...

It says that it's currently unavailable, but they go in and out of stock so expect them to be back in soon.
Great thanks thumbup

I got a WMA3000B for mine which works perfectly. I got it direct from the ViseeO store:

Thank you Ray.

The reason or the truth is I don't know where to post this thread. I just noted there are a few Maserati chats here, so I thought it is the place. I hope I have not offended anyone who owns a "supercar" here.

I have been trying to decide between a F10 M5 and a GTS, different proposition but both fairly quick cars that can cary 4 people in comfort. One reliable German weapon and one more exotic Italian (with all the good and bad things that come along with that!).

Will go and have a look at them both and saee whats what

Folks I bought a tune 2 air for my 2009 GTS but couldn't get it to work so sold it on, there was a long thread on sports Maserati about it

What age car's are yours and is the tune 2 air just streaming or is it showing iPod albums / songs on the main screen and allowing control via the car buttons ?

I just use the aux port now and have a long cable out the glove box and rest my iPod in the middle

Mine is a 2016 MC Stradale and you can only stream from your device and the car controls do not work the device and no information about whats playing is displayed. I tend to just play from playlists so not really an issue and to be honest a lot of the time I am listening to the car rather than the music...smile

Thanks for that, just wanted to check I wasn't missing a trick in getting it all working. Luckily I have the extra long Y cable to reach from the glovebox which was already in the car when I bought it so plainly the previous owners did the same as I am.

The whole iPod thing should actually work if you have a fully functioning usb, when I plug my iPod into it all just happened is the very few (say 30/40) MP3 format songs from my iPod show up and play, all the rest are in that apples own format (AAC or something) and it doesn't see them
