Yes, I have driven several EB110s over the years.
What do you want to know?

how well do they drive (in comparison to current supercars etc) ?
is the 'SS' worth the premium?
what do you think of current values?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Compared to supercars of the day, Diablo, F50, XJ220, they are very much more usable as they are considerably smaller, more user friendly in that everything actually works, and the chassis has been honed by one of the very best designers, so it handles almost without vice.
Turbo lag is evident, but not to the extent of the F40 or XJ220, as the 4 turbos are sequential and spool up nicely giving a really nice push towards the horizon.

The SS is definitely worth the premium as it is even more driver focused and you can feel the difference in the weight, especially in the steering where is absolutely refuses to understeer against the mild understeer built into the GT version.

And with regards to values, this has to be one of the forgotten gems, considering the price of Bugatti ownership with the Veyron, this looks like a bargain.

I loved driving the EB110 and just found it much easier to get on with straight away against a Diablo or Countach, great car!

I've driven one. A friend of mine had a SS a couple years ago.

I'd loved it, very cool thing. Worth the money? Hmm guess its personal opinion really.

My thoughts were - Turbo lag was very noticeable, I found it much worse than my XJ220. Like all turbo'd cars you simply drive round it, however I felt the rev range where you could access full power was quite small. Noise is cool but quiet, very different to anything else I've been in. Compared to newer cars gearbox will be slightly heavier, but not bad by any means.

Would I have one or recommend one? Yes I would. My only concerns are parts, I believe Dauer bought all the spare parts, similar to how Don Law bought all the XJ220 spares. I recall however someone telling me they went bust, don't know if that is true. But yes, overall cool things definitely and not often you see them.
