Anyone used a Canary?

I admit, I'm a sucker for a new gadget. I recently purchased a security device called a Canary which I have installed in my garage. It sends alerts to my phone if it detects activity, or if the temperature, humidity or air quality crosses thresholds that I have set. I can also view the garage live via the app when I am away. What's cool is that there is no need to have to arm and disarm it - it tracks the location of your phone and sets itself automatically when you leave the house or return. Has anyone tried one of these or do you have some other type of security in your garage?

- garaged alarmed as par of house system
- IP Web cam with motion detection on - emails me with image when movement
- records to 2 separate NAS drives on house network
- all power backed up with UPS's so if some cuts the power it keeps going

Think I've worked a little bit too much in the IT risk arena :-)

next thing I'm looking at is a tracker for each of the cars (why I hadn't done this previously I don't know).
