Phew! I've just finished scanning & uploading 219 photos, mostly of Carrera Sport days, plus a few De Tomaso Drivers Club and a couple of others, all taken at Goodwood. Please bear in mind that they are 300dpi scans of fairly old photos taken with a 35mm compact camera, so don't expect digi-quality. However I do think they give a good reminder of the feel of the events, and the stunning cars that used to attend. I've still got to add titles to most of the photos, but if you don't recognise the cars you shouldn't be on PH in the first place! Now that I've done all the hard work, all you have to do is just click the link, set it to slideshow, sit back & enjoy.

thanks for taking the time to put those pics up, great shots!

I remember being there a few times as a kid, didn't Roger Waters turn up in his F40 at some point? I remember my dad (Cobra reg BSG676S if you've ever spotted it btw!!!) being mightily pissed off as we'd already left!

On another note, Peter Saywell has had some fking motors over the years hasn't he? Dear god, everything had an AOG plate on it!!!

Goodwood seems to be the 2nd home of my Diablo, originally registered 30DCD

Its only done 12k miles but has been photographed at Goodwood many times back in the '90's, sold by Bonhams at Goodwood twice and I regularly drive her there for MM/FOS/Revival/Breakfast Club. No wonder she goes so well whenever I take her there!

This was taken last month.

a yellow light weight 308, a martini coloured stratos, carrera sport had a lovely pearl 911 turbo, there was another 911 with a yellow/blue strip round the lower body, white countach no plate 18 sexy
18 sexy belonged to a mate of ours. He'd sometimes park it on the road outside our house. As a teenager at the time I thought it odd that as 40 year old man he was dating a 25 year old woman. Funny how my perspective has changed now that I'm older and presumably wiser biggrin

Always a great turnout - wish I kept my pictures . Mike Pullen always had some amazing cars - Audi Quatro, pearl white flat nose turbo that he brought in Florida super quick engine was highly tuned ( 911 and Porsche world did a big feature on it ) and there was also his LP400

carphotographer, I believe that this is the pink Countach that you recall. I think that it is now owned by a PH member and is no longer pink!

TMM stands for a company called The Marketing Machine, owned by Rick Lee. TMM1Y and TMM4Y and 40RAL number plates are his cars, These were on this Longchamps Spyder, his 88 Countach and his Aston Martin V8 Zagato Vantage Volante. He sold the Zagato and put 40RAL on the Countach. I believe he still has the Longchamps Spyder, which is often seen on the north bank of the Thames in London.
