Have started seeing a blue BMW i8 on a daily basis on my commute through London.

On quite a distinctive plate as well; SP*0RTS

Think I spotted 'andrew' earlier today trundling out of Woburn?

Noisey grey Audi with a giant work top attached to the engine cover?

Sounded very nice under gentle acceleration.

550 Barchetta would either have had a fully folding soft top of hideous additional hard top. 575 SuperAmerica would have had solid rear buttresses and a glass "flip top". Does that help with identification?

Just a fleeting glance I am afraid, noticed the central nostril on the bonnet, the missing roof and that is about it. Sorry.

No need to apologise! I'd be grateful for a fleeting glance of one in the wild. smile

Lunchtime in Ongar, a Blue Maserati Granturismo MC Shift, headed up the High Street and then turned off towards Kelvedon Hatch, growling. Plate was E8 LUK

Outside the pub in the centre of Abridge, a 355 and 458 parking lovingly together. Red 355, plate was F355 DOB. Dark 458 but missed the plate.

Danbury, late afternoon in a pub carpark, a White 15 plate Maserati Granturismo MC Stradale Convertible. I fell in lust. cloud9

Yep, was heading ACW near the M1 turn off. Just had a presence on the road, literally every car staying well away from it out of awe or fear.

Heard, then saw a Speciale, possibly Rosso Mugello or Fiorano with black stripes, on Baker Street, London, late this afternoon. Likely a PHer since I recall seeing similar on here a while back and probably only one like it in the UK.
