Orange murcielago on A5 in Northants heading north at about 11am.
It might be coincidental, but I doubt it! I was running-in a brand new orange Huracan yesterday. Covered 250 miles driving to Leicester and back, taking in a lunchtime curry with some friends. I was northbound on the A5 in Northants, having left the A43, passing through DRIFT and on, up to Lutterworth at about that time...... Edited by 4321go on Saturday 14th March 20:47

Yes you're right, must have been you, I heard it before I saw it and by the time I'd looked up I thought it was a murci. Take it you're hoping the speed van was napping just up the road.....!!Edited by 4321go on Saturday 14th March 20:47

And as you say, it's a noisy (and "buzzy") bugger. Like my own Gallardo, it had the standard Lambo exhaust, but I spent most of my 250 miles in "sport" mode. This opens the noise valves and dumps excess fuel into the headers on downshifts. I noticed my ears ringing and feet tingling for several hours afterwards. Not pleasant, if I'm honest!

Lunchtime in Ongar, a Blue Maserati Granturismo MC Shift, headed up the High Street and then turned off towards Kelvedon Hatch, growling. Plate was E8 LUK
Outside the pub in the centre of Abridge, a 355 and 458 parking lovingly together. Red 355, plate was F355 DOB. Dark 458 but missed the plate.
Danbury, late afternoon in a pub carpark, a White 15 plate Maserati Granturismo MC Stradale Convertible. I fell in lust.

Saw this while waiting for the olympic torch to come through hemel hempstead yesterday (hence the crowds). Crazy-looking thing (TechArt Cayenne Turbo)
Then this evening a stunning blue FF (sorry for awful pictures) at about 7:30pm coming past Hemel train station, anyone know anything about it? Plate was 3 OO
And then the rarest of them all: a stretched Ferrari 360 (only one in the UK) on the motorway last night
