Just don't understand it. Parking across 2 spaces is arrogant fkwittery whatever car you drive. Door dings are a massive pain in the arse certainly but if you're paranoia of them forces you to act like a selfish twunt then don't take your supercar to Tescos.

Just saying.
The car in this case was a 650s - have you seen the doors on them? If you park in a standard space with a car either side you won't physically be able to get in or out of it.

That would mean you could never just park in one space then...

IF you parked in one space and somebody parked next to you on both sides, how would you get back in? hehe

Hopefully a 650 owner will pipe up but yeah, basically. I've been in one and the problem is that you need to nearly fully extend the doors to get out and they take up a huge amount of space. If someone parked up next to you on both sides you wouldn't get back in, simple as that.

Did you really just ask a 650 owner to pipe up?
Expect the thread to become the VALUE THREAD (Vol 27)...

Wing mirrors on close adjacent cars are the biggest problem, preventing the doors from fully extending upwards... Problem is you can't leave them half open and exit like normal doors. I believe 650 doors don't take much, if indeed any, more width than standard style openers when raised. i8 owners must have the same issue.

What I believe was a 250 GTO in Maidenhead this afternoon.

Reg was along the lines of GTO 250A

Just spotted that you didn't spot me...

Just to be pedantic, that one is Mexico Blue, mine is the only Arrow Blue one kicking around.
We must have had a similar thought process, as we both got our plates at the same DVLA auction as well!

My apologies footsoldier I was to excited to see my first 918 on the road + thinking it was a Pistonheader + it being in Monaco.

It would also seem that Andy74b got his plate at the same time too then.

I'm sure I've seen pictures of 918 POR on here though...

Just on my way back from Heathrow - and saw an Enzo, folioed by a Zonda Cinque and Phamtom Drophead. The Zonda looked incredible - but the Enzo really had presence.

Old school red Ferrari by Heathrow just now. Reg was RPK 341M - anyone know the model? Looked amazing.
Adding info for posterity... Dino 246 GTS, chassis 06778. Original UK RHD car; build completed June 1973.

Nice photo of the car from the mid-1990s hanging on a wall in our premises. Think this was taken at Thruxton. smile

Took my daughter to the park today after running a few errands that took me past The Dorchester. There's almost always nice metal there but this line up looked pretty special.
Didn't snap the Brabus S850 or the Speciale Aperta that were nearby sadly.
