My first Sunday Service – thanks to the PH team and BMW for a great event – made even better for taking the runner-up spot in the reader’s vote!! Also thanks to all those that voted – starting to sound like an Oscar speech now smile

It's a fabulous car thumbup. Maybe the vote got split between votes for your big CSL and the little one and that's why you only came third...

(That shot of the little one I took at the Bearwood show the previous week - great to see the car two weekends in a row biggrin)

The CSL seems to carry off the strong colours really well - there was an orange one at a Mercedes-Benz World sunday service last year that also looked stunning smile.

As wonderful as it is, I think it would be a bit 'obvious' or as Partridge would say 'a bit Moslery'.

Still disappointed I wasn't there but there's always next time.

Obviously. Shame someone parked a kitcar next to it, tarnishing the magnificence a touch.
Oi...... That's my 'kit car'....... punchwink
(I'll remember to park it away from any other classic British sportscars next time, Richard!)
Just to say cheers for the organisation that went into the day. Great event yet again - I was at the last one, too.
Glad the Mini won - my vote, too.
Oh and that RAM SRT-10 sounded lovely when it left - one day I will own something similar - I seem to remember someone once described them as 'The fastest way of bringing something home from the garden centre'.

The Transit parked opposite you would carry more stuff, though!

True, but even though '350 NM of torque' from the Transit is impressive, according to the specs, the RAM has 712 NM !
So that Yukka plant you'd just bought from B&Q would be already planted and growing if you'd brought it home in the RAM compared to the Tranny......smile
