bear in mind you need to allow for cars and drivers that have to drop out sometimes at very little or no notice, also some 'spare' cars are needed to allow for rests and break downs of cars and drivers, plus you have cars and drivers coming and going at various times for many reasons so you can get overlaps, too many and too few cars at various points of the day

things can be pretty fluid at times
