The Beaminster tunnel was John A's Somerset Saunter. I don't remember any run which covered ZZ hill and a tunnel. I could be wrong though

Not sure on which car. The Tuscan is in the midlands at present and I may pick it up on the way down. Watch this space.

Afraid not Bob will be mostly in Kent this weekend.

Are you around on the 30th October? Looks like I may be in the Poole area.

Thanks hotblack - and one of my pet hates on rennlist is those people who do not read all the posts on a topic before posting
Another 944 turbo (Pete in a very shiny red one) should be joining us as well.

My neck of the woods so might just have to drag the drifter out for a wee blast.

Finishing at Sandbanks sounds cool cos I can then go windsurfing, wonder if I can fit it all on the rollcage?

I hope you make (I hope I make it too...) I'd love to see the Captain's own Sideways machine...it looks like a very special MX5.

No drifting on the route, though! It *is* a smashing drive, mind,..I really enjoyed it last time...I'll have the "brake" in the car (as will most of us I expect) so it'll be a sedate country ramble..... Muahahahhhaaahha

I'm going to try & make it one way or another in the Drifter hopefully. If I can't then I can always meet you all in Sandbanks car park later on, cos I'll be out on the seafront giving it large in the wind & waves.

I'll be in the Volvo Africa Wagon if you get to Sandbanks, you can't miss it.

No-one posted since they got back, yet? I must be the first!

1) A HUGE thank you to Bob.
2) REALLY nice seeing you all, both old friends and new. PHers are such nice people...
3) The roads and scenery were everything I remembered from DD1. Just brilliant.

Pictures to follow...
