Just finished cleaning the Z4. Trying to dry it was interesting!

Car is now in the garage, roof down and ready to go! See you at Lyndhurst.
So thats the way you gonna play it, luckily my roof panel will fit in the boot.
In the car I have a hat and at home I have Lemsip and Nightnurse smile.

Hi that will be no problem as Besulieu will be parking us and they have already said they will allow gaps a) incase people want to leave early and b) the cars that need to move for the photo slot

See you tomorrow.

Hi All

Just got back home from what has been a fantastic day. Thank you all so very much for coming out in the bitter cold and I promise that my next one will be in the warmer months. It was great to meet such super people and see such a vast amount of top class cars. You lot have really made us so happy with all of your kind comments but We must say that since we joined PH with our little TVR what a great bunch of people you all are and we are glad that we have got to know you.

Congratulations if you won a raffle prize, keep on putting on your photos and also the ones at the house, which after the little mix up in the beginning, I hope everyone got a great photo of their car.

I will let you know how much money we raised in the next few days and I must say that the helicopter was a great sight. Thanks also to Beaulieu and all of the car dealers who have all said that at our next one they will attend with even more cars for us to see.

Thanks to Dave for meeting everyone at the services.

And Phil sorry I thought you was my brother, I must have been mistaken laugh

Thanks again you all made it a great day for me.

Hi all,

Thanks again for the great feedback, I get the hint that next time it needs to be a bit warmer!. Loved your comment Ian and I am happy to report that the helicopter took off with no one on board although I think they were all hiding in the Museum at the time.

Only 1 Raffle prize is to be claimed and that is ticket no 61. If this is you can you PM me. I have tried to call the mobile number several times but it keeps going to answer phone.
Thanks

Shelly

At least you won't have any difficulty getting out of the Blower Bentley.

Hi all,

Once again, many thanks to all those who braved the cold on Sunday.

I have just had a call from the Air Ambulance and we raised over £550 just on the raffle.
They also wanted to express their thanks to all those who attended and contributed and they enjoyed looking at all our cars.

Beaulieu has also offered to donate £1 from the 203 PH members that attended the rally so has added another £203 to that total.

Thank you to everyone and to all the Kind people and bussiness's that donated gifts.
We would like to thank; Tom Tom, Auto glym, Buyagift.com, Gearbox gifts, Experience Days ltd of Hove http://www.wiredsussex.com/directory/website.asp?i... , Bookers, Simon Edgar
Of Edgars Cool Water, and of course Paul (Garlick) Of Piston Heads.
A huge Thankyou to Beaulieu for hosting this Event and also for providing some great gifts.
Until next time
Thankyou
Jamie and Shelly

(Be a good idea to put it in South Coast too)
Thanks very much for doing that, hope you can make it, least it wont be snowing in September like last time. I can not start a thread anywhere else though as it is my post/ event I can only put it in one place. ( PH rules ) Would be appreciated if you could give it a mention and put a post on other ones like south coast or if anyone could put a post on their own car make that would be great as it would be good to get lots of us there.

Cheers

Hi All,

Just wanted to let everyone know that the next Pride and Joy is back to Beaulieu on the 5th May, This show is going to be bigger and better and we now have the names such as London McLaren being their 650 and Alfa Romeo with their 4C, Rolls-Royce Sunningdale and the Wraith and Tommy Wareham with this

Tommy is also offering a raffle ride to be won it this too.

We have some fantastic prizes such as TOP GEAR Tickets for two people, a short break to Belgium, a tour a the Lotus factory for four people with the skid and scare experience.

We welcome The Sporting Bears who will be offering Dream Rides on the day and we also will have the Rally for Heroes cars on display.

Anyone who has been to our shows know that we try to offer a unique photo opportunity and this year is no exception, as photos at the house has already been done we have gone one better and Beaulieu have very kindly allowed us to have a photo taken of your Pride and joy in the Abbey Ruins WITH THEIR VERY OWN JAMES BOND JAGUAR XKR FROM THE FILM DIE ANOTHER DAY. You can normally never get your car anywhere near a car from the Beaulieu Collection let alone have your car beside it for a stunning photo taken by Nick Williams.

We will be raising money for Naomi house children's Hospice and we really want to put on a great show for them and welcome all of you back to Beaulieu which now have two new fantastic exhibitions

We also will be attempting an official Guinness World Record on the day for the longest line of toy cars which stands at just over 9700. There will also be some trade stands there demonstrating their skills and Snap on if you want to purchase that last minute tool.

We will also be holding our BEST PRESENTED CAR IN SHOW competition.

We hope to see your name on the calendar and please share this with your fellow car friends and we look forward to seeing you.

Shelly
