Hi I hope you do get your car back as it looks a stunner
however you can come and have fun in any car, as long as you keep your name on the list "if your name aint down, you aint getting in" unless you pay the full price at the gate.
So see you there smile
Thanks for letting us know

Crikey, massive kudos for organising all this - It's forming up to be an excellent meet!
Hi paddy, Hope you are both well and the snow is not too depressing.
If you think that desrves kudos then i dont know what you will say about the other things we have for you all.
We just need more people to be on the list, but we can only post on here due to P/H rules frown.
So need the word spreading smile.
Glad you are coming.
See you both soon

Hi Dan, nice to hear from you. Hope your well, We would have loved to have come along but I am working Friday night but if i can get out of it, it is at the Wheel Specialist, Bournemouth 9am start if my memory serves me. Shame if we can not make it as it would have been nice to have had the chance of getting our wheels done for free. Lots of people going ?

See you changed your name, any reason? thought you had decided not too come frown

think it sounds alright so far, I am glad.

Subject to operational demands we hope that the air ambulance will be able to fly into and land at the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu on the 24th.
If they do land, the pilot and trauma team on board will be pleased to chat and explain the operation of the aircraft and the lifesaving work that they do.

Just posted this on the Ford Focus ST owners club, hoping to get a few of us there... Just a question that was raised was, are we required to book on here to allow entry or is the booking purely for interest in numbers?

Heres the Link to the FSTOC thread
Hi Rory.
Its best to book in on the Main calendar so we can keep an eye on numbers, plus we want to seperate ourselves from the general public as we have a reduced entrance fee. If you have friends that want to attend we would prefer you to add them in the notes section ( ie +1 or +2 etc), or you can vouch for them on the day.
We will be updating in the next few days with some more good news, so please keep reading the posts.
Hope this helps and see you there smile
Jamie

PS Another reason for it to go onto the Main Calendar, is that Beaulieu has asked for me to contact them a few days before to confirm numbers, so that they can ensure that they have enough staff to get us through the gates and parked up as quickly as possible. They will be taking the money at the gate and they have also requested that by having the correct money will make it more swift.

I have also arranged with New Forest County Council the free use of one of their pay and display car parks in Lyndhurst as one of two final meeting places for us. This will get us off of the main road in a safe place before our final drive down together. The post code for the car park is SO43 7NY. The other place is Rownhams Services, West Bound side
So one convoy will come in on the A326 and the other will be on the B3056. arriving together at Beaulieu unless you just want to meet us at Beaulieu Car Park if you do not want to come in with the convoys.

Final times will be put on in a couple of days time but we hope to arrive at Beaulieu about 9.45am, I hope that people will arrange to meet others and have their own convoys down too
Hope this helps clarify a few more details.

Will be in touch soon

Shelly

Probably not Rob! Unsure why we have 2 lists though.
Hi, The reason for 2 lists is that we started a list on this forum and then P/H very kindly put the event on the main calendar, and since then people have been using both
A bit confusing i know. We have asked for people to use the main calendar but its not overly important as we will combine them on the day.( just makes it slightly easier using one though smile )
Also we don't need to know how many people as the more the merrier, just how many cars, as Beaulieu would like to know how many staff they require on the gate to prevent queues and my car overheating.
Regarding timings etc, We have been asked to get there at about 9:45am( before the general public )so will meet earlier as in the previous post and travel together in several groups and will confirm meeting times next week
Hope this has helped, and if you have any more questions, feel free to post here or PM me

We are also holding a raffle on behalf of the Hampshire and IOW Air Ambulance
The raffle will not be available to the general public and we have got wristbands for us all to be able to buy tickets and also spot other members around the estate
Raffle Prizes are now;
A ride in one of Beaulieu's own vehicles (10 mile trip in their Blower Bentley) Plus a family ticket
2x family tickets for their Supercar Weekend
A supercar Driving experience, with a passenger ride
A years subscription to EVO Magazine

3 "T" Shirts from PistonHeads
A Gearbox gifts Umbrella
A family ticket(2x adult +2x children) to the Hawk Conservency Trust in Andover
A fruit hamper (a nice one)
2x Endurance Race team tickets for the Race Centre

We are also holding a Junior Raffle with the following prizes

Sweets
£50 Experience gift voucher with Experience Days
Top Gear Power Lap Scalextric set

Auto Glym are donating £45, £30 and £15 valeting sets for the " Best Presented" Cars

And if this is not enough,
We have managed to get the latest Mi Witness HD In Vehicle Camera System
Donated by TomTom and valued at £249.99.

Also we will be awarding a Cup and 2 runners up prizes to the "Best Presented" cars, being donated by Auto glym

As mentioned before there are going to be 2 meeting points.
1 at lyndhurst and the other at Rowhams services on the west bound M27
Jamie will be at Lyndhurst from about 8am and we have got a local cafe to sell tea, coffee and bacon rolls etc in the car park and Tommy Wareham and his friend will be meeting with their Koeniggsegg and Zonda. We will leaving for Beaulieu at about 9:30am
At Rowhams services we have arranged for Dave (speculatore) to meet in his DB9 from 8:30am and will be leaving at 9:20 am

Now the bad news!
Unfortunately Beaulieu have today informed us that a maximum of 42 cars will be allowed for photos at the Palace House.
We have tried to get more, but have been told that it is already extremely rare that any photos can be taken at the Palace ( even a club that has been going for 52 years have not been able to do this) and that they had not realized the numbers that would be involved when I booked this.
This will have to be a first come first served basis.
The first 42 to respond will be the lucky few
I am so very sorry but this is what Beaulieu want and is beyond my control

Jamie and I are staying in Lyndhurst on the Saturday night so if anyone fancies meeting for a beer and a chat please let us know, it would be great to meet up
If I receive any more news or info I will let you all know

I hope you all have a good drive down in your various convoys and will see you all there. Now all we need now is the Sun!

Hi Paddy,

I know it is a shame, I was quite upset today when I got the email, I tried to get the number increased but Beaulieu had not realized that it was going to be as many as that when I booked it with them but they are already doing alot for the meet so I really can not complain. The prize of the 10 mile trip in one of their cars is a super donation and allowing the Air Ambulance to land in their grounds etc. I think that they have been great to us.

The Good news is that I have put you down on the list, When you see me I will give you a ticket to show that you are one of the 42. Hope that you are well and we look forward to meeting up again with you both.

See you soon.
