Beaulieu Meet 24th February 2013

Hi All,

Just got in from a 12 hour night shift but I thought I would let you know that Doorman, ilyama, JS911, Cghurst, Gettoff, Lurckha, Rashman, 4340BB, Maser Spyder, Andurron and also Loopyleesa have all got your names down for the photos. Loopyleesa of course you should have your photo of your car by the house, this is what this is all about, it is for all cars and if you love your car that is reason enough.

The cars are going up to the house in groups of seven cars at a time starting from 1.00pm to 2.30pm.

Was not sure if your mates wanted their names down on the list but there is still space left for photos at the Palace but also the more cars the merrier for the actual meet.

Dan, seems that a few people may want to meet up for a drink on Saturday night, can you suggest a nice pub for us to all go to and then if anyone fancies it then they will know where to go.

Hi Dan,

The Mailman looks fine to me. So if we say anyone wanting to meet up for a drink and chat on Saturday night to go there. We will get there about 7.30pm. Well thats sorted and Dan you have been great helping me with this meet. Thanks a lot.

Thanks for adding your names,can you confirm if you wanted your photos by the house as it was not clear as there is still space if you do. You are welcome to meet up with us whereever you wish. We aim to be at Beaulieu at 9.45am.

Hi Jason,
I have put a post on about two meeting points (with someone to meet you at both) and the meet times for both or if you prefer to meet up with us at Beaulieu Car Park and join in with us there. We aim to be at Beaulieu at 9.45am
We really need to all go in together, if possible, as they are opening the gates for us to go into the main arena at the museum and are providing four members of staff to collect money, and help get us parked in the correct place etc. As already mentioned I have got us wristbands that will also be given out at this point a) to be able to purchase raffle tickets, if you wish, I have with Beaulieu's consent agreed that the raffle is open only for anyone connected with us and b) So we all know who is connected to this meet as we walk around the Museum and thought it would help break the ice should people not know each other as we will be able to spot each other abit easier.

If You think that you are running late or may not make it by that time you can PM me and I will provide you with my Mobile number and you can call me and I will let them know that someone may be late in.

Hi John,

Jamie is meeting the people at Lyndhurst and I will be at Beaulieu from 8.00am to meet the Car Dealers that will be arriving at that time to set up.

The amount of Cars allowed to go up to the house was a bit of a blow and I had not had to think how to seperate the cars from who is allowed to not allowed to have photos but I think that what will be easier is to put a list of the PH Members that have put their names down for photos in the Hampshire and IOW Air Ambulance tent.

They have very kindly given me 8 volunteers to help out for the day, so if you are one of the people that needs to get a ticket for the photos, it gives a central point for you to be able to go to get it.

At the gate, when everyone arrives, I have had a leaflet printed out and will be given to all of the Cars, this will have the Raffle drawn times etc ,so I will just add this information on this, so the lucky 42 will all know where to collect their ticket from.

Think that will be easier. Hopefully all is sorted out now for the day (have even got lollipops to give out to the children.)

I hope that people will come and say hi to me as I am looking forward to meeting you all
