Thanks! The camera is good, but I have to set it up!! Shot in RAW, Aperture priority, and edited using Aperture on my Mac.

I use a Nikon D7000 with a Nikon 16-85mm VR lens. I love that lens.

Ps. Lovely MG, looks to be in fantastic condition.

Thanks for the pics of my Z4, doorman.

Nice to know a standard issue BMW Z4 is still appreciated amongst all that fine metal!!

Thanks also for your picture of my Volvo, thats a nice one. I thought your Z4 was a stunner, however, there were so many lovely cars there, its so nice to see so many take pride in there cars
The Z4 scrubs up well for a 9 year old car with 100k miles on it! Recently had the front end all reprinted, the wheels refurbed and new tyres fitted.

Shame the photo of your Volvo is a bit soft. Took it quickly on a large aperture from a distance, so not ideal.

Many thanks also - we did make it by lunchtime along with son and parents.
All had a very good day and there was a super turnout, despite the freezing conditions.
Really enjoyed seeing the cars parked at the Palace house - 2 Deloreans!
Thanks for the great organisation.

Next time will bring the 612...

A big round of aplause for Jamie and Shelley for organising today. It was my first PH gathering and didnt know what to expect (as i have a 3 series tourer - not very exotic!....)but had a great time and importantly so did my wife and boy. Highlights for me was the dirty zonda complete with child seat. Highlight for the wife was warming up after a bath, and highlight for the lad was the helicopter until he got given a freeby bug from the air ambulance crew!

Anyway many thanks and see you all at the next one

Hi All

Just got back home from what has been a fantastic day. Thank you all so very much for coming out in the bitter cold and I promise that my next one will be in the warmer months. It was great to meet such super people and see such a vast amount of top class cars. You lot have really made us so happy with all of your kind comments but We must say that since we joined PH with our little TVR what a great bunch of people you all are and we are glad that we have got to know you.

Congratulations if you won a raffle prize, keep on putting on your photos and also the ones at the house, which after the little mix up in the beginning, I hope everyone got a great photo of their car.

I will let you know how much money we raised in the next few days and I must say that the helicopter was a great sight. Thanks also to Beaulieu and all of the car dealers who have all said that at our next one they will attend with even more cars for us to see.

Thanks to Dave for meeting everyone at the services.

And Phil sorry I thought you was my brother, I must have been mistaken laugh

Thanks again you all made it a great day for me.

Nice pics. Were you following my Z4 up to Lyndhurst? I enjoy seeing off the grockles on that road!

Slight problem there ... the heater in my TVR is effective in summer only - more so if you are in a traffic jam - in winter the only source of heat is found by ramming your fingers into the leathery folds round the gearlever with a subtelty not seen since behind the stage at a secondry school disco!

So I'll take nuts

Thanks to you both for an excellent event and my surprise award - quite unexpected considering all the great cars there today. Will have to get cleaning and polishing with all the goodies!! Roll on the next one (warmer please!).
