There is nothing on the form to link it to our PH forum name or car reg so how will they know who has and hasn't completed the form? I will sign it if I need to but just looks like a marketing tool to build their database.
For those of you a long way down the list check early on the morning of the meet. I was on a list last year and started in the 500's with cutoff at 300. Was moving up the list very slowly in the days before but that accelerated nearer the time. Checked the night before and was still about 40-50 away from the magic 300. Checked in the morning about 7.45 I was now 302!! But for some reason the cutoff bar had been moved to 303, talk about skin of teeth. Get in!!! I did a screen print in case I had to argue my case on the gate. Out of curiosity I checked the list when I got home after the event and I was up to 260-ish I think.
So don't give up hope even if you are 200+ away from making it in.
PS I'm going off memory with the exact numbers but I know I did start off thinking I had absolutely no chance of making so much so I had arranged a lift with someone on the list, didn't need it in the end.
