Wilton House 2014 - Sunday 10th August
Discussion
Sounds good.. this is a fantastic event.
Is there any chance of "segregating/displaying" the Supercars in Era? ive always thought this would look good. Means that the Beautiful Dino's & DB's are not drowned in a sea of modern Maccas/aventadors/430's etc... although I quite like the juxtaposition.
infact just ignore me!

what is the difference between a premium ticket and a standard ticket?
All explained here: http://www.wiltonclassicandsupercars.co.uk/tickets...You're very welcome.
For the benefit of returning visitors, the Premium ticket has been improved: particularly as we will now be opening the State Rooms for a longer (and uninterrupted) period, in fact much of the day, to ensure more people can really make the most of the occasion. It is, after all, a hugely important historic stately home. For example, Wilton House is the very building from which Operation Overlord was masterminded by Churchill and Eisenhower in 1944.
2014 will be the sixth consecutive year of the event and we're still tweaking and refining, taking on board all the comments we receive both directly and indirectly (especially on PH!), as well as coming up with new ways to keep it interesting year after year. Obviously there is a ton of cool new stuff I could yammer on about but I wouldn't want to fall foul of advertising rules; I would imagine there'll be a PH feature in the not too distant future but, meanwhile, the website is regularly updated and both Lord Pembroke and I (acting as WCS) can be found tweeting and posting on the usual social media channels.
Signing off with a gratuitous picture from last year's WCS,
Jay

How do you join in the parade? The one where you go in convoy to the event then around the crowds to allow people to see your car moving and revving, I may join in if its easy.
Short answer: the supercar/hypercar display is by invitation. To receive an invite you must:
a) be someone I know
b) own a qualifying car
Every year I try to ensure we have about 30% new entrants/cars, in order to keep the show fresh. They tend to be people who are introduced to me to by existing entrants, and also people who enquire directly.
If you think you have a qualifying car (think >£120k, <4 seats, >180mph as a basic guideline although there can be exceptions) and would like to be considered for an invitation, then by all means contact me either by PM or by emailing myPHusername@googlemail.com.
Are there a limited no of Premium tickets to be sold?
I have registerd with PH to attend in my Cobra, but may change the vehicle that attends dependant upon numbers and this may not be decided until the summer.
So if I book two now and want two more in say July could this be a problem?

I would wager that Premium tickets will be sold out before July. I have registerd with PH to attend in my Cobra, but may change the vehicle that attends dependant upon numbers and this may not be decided until the summer.
