You don't have to wait for an email but I'd suggest it's a sensible thing to do!

I'm glad to hear lots of people will be doing their first track experience here; it's my first time too!

Hi Eybic.... now that those of us who have track time in the morning have removed ourselves from the list, how do we identify ourselves at the gate to the PH crew and still get in (as you'll not have our PH usernames from the calendar)? Thanks!

When you arrive, they will ask what you're there for then direct you to the track time parking

If anyone hasn't received a confirmation email from Silverstone, please email [e-mail] and they will resend the confirmation as they said they will have been sent straight after payment was taken. Also if you are going on the track taster sessions you need to bring the confirmation email with you and show it on the gate.

When the track sessions are full perhaps you could send all who are on them an email asking that they remove their names from the signup list.

I will be sending a mail to all on the list on Monday (please ensure your email address is correct in your profile, I'm always amazed at the amount of bounced back emails we get when we send these out) asking them if they have track time booked to remove themselves but also if people can no longer make it to remove themselves from the list

I don't have the email addresses for people that have booked track time, only those on the calendar.

I chased up Silverstone for a confirmation email and received one same day.

I have no removed myself from the list!

I booked track time direct with Silverstone before the Sunday service was even posted on here, am in a 10.45 session. Will I be able to park with fellow PH members and walk around the Sunday service either side of my track time?

You wont be able to park with the SS unless your name is on the list unfortunately but I don't think the track time parking is too far away so you should be able to wander over providing Silverstone are ok with that.

Sorry, should have said, I am currenty on the reserve list, somewhere in the 600's I think.

You'll be parked with everyone going on track but feel free to pop over. If you've had your confirmation mail from Silverstone, please take yourself off the lis as you will already be allocated a parking space.

Is there any way to have a clear out on the attendees list? Quite a few people still on there saying going on track despite the note about track time. Unsure if any attendance validation has been out in place since the SS comments suggestions thread.

I'll be sending an email to all on the list in the next few days reminding them to remove themselves if they are on track or can no longer attend.

There will be attendance validation very soon but not for Silverstone
