Some great cars there today, I think this event has the potential to become quite big and there's plenty of space if that does happen. The Aston was gorgeous, as was the 911 50th anniversary cloud9 also loved the little red Mini as it reminded me of my recently-sold one, park it next to the GL63 next time hehe

Really enjoyed the event: some interesting chats with interesting people, a selection of really nice cars and free food and coffee... What more could you ask for?

I'll definitely turn up again.

I made the journey up from Shropshire in my RS2 and it was well worth it!

Then I headed off to Donington for the Historic just to get a Saturday automotive overdose!!

Looks like a bit of a flop this..
why? not every car enthusiast goes on Pistonheads! And it was far from a flop. Probably around 100 cars.

I ran the Midlands Breakfast Club for 7 years and if you judged attendance levels from PH replies then sometimes you wouldn't have bothered getting out of bed, but we regularly saw 200-300 cars attend.

Well, what an amazing little event!
A bit smaller than the last one I attended (malton) but like previously said, quality over quantity prevailed! Nice guys and nice food!

For the first event, it was a good turn out with an interesting mix of cars. Definitely will turn up for the next one.

Spotted a Morton with a Reg plate 3F & a Ford GT40 with the plate 4F!!!!

Well done to all that turned up.

Thanks for posting, looks like the weather Gods were on your side too smile

There's a couple of cars there that the boys on the Bad parking thread would be fuming about hehe

Love the Orange Capri, Was that the V6 or the straight 4? I always wanted a 2 ltr S smile
