Late entry.

Can I buy an entry ticket on the day ?...as I keep having to cancel stuff at short notice

due to a bad back.
I spoke to the Wilton events office today, entry tickets are available on the day but the entrance gate for the Pistonheads paddock requires advance tickets for entry...hope this helps.

That'll be a pain for some! Tickets were advertised as being available on line until tomorrow but they seem to have stopped a day early, so those on the list who've left it late will have to mix with the hoi polloi! I ordered mine just in time ... clap

E-mail received.

Certainly a lot of "cut and paste" going on in it though. I'm not sure I've ever received an e-mail with so many different fonts and sizing throughout the text! readit

All set for Sunday...... although could be brolly weather!!

Yeah, isn't that what we normally do?

Unfortunately too many threads about Wilton Classic and Supercar were created frown and it got lost. Unsure if it makes a big difference on the day though...

Is this correct then? If you don't have a prepaid ticket in advance you wont be able to park in pistonheads specified area?

Looks like it.

I might come off the list and go in to the public parking instead,my car's not that special.

The following idea may be a bit of a hassle but I wanted to ask if it's a possibility...could we go to the main entrance, buy a ticket then drive to the PH parking if our name's on the list? (the list only has 4 people in the reserves at the moment)

Apparently, someone on one of the other threads has said that they had an e-mail that states that access to the PH parking will be via pre-booked tickets only.

I've taken my name off the list and will just head to the entrance with the ticket sales.

Can't believe prebooked tickets are required for the PH car park. I even asked this a few months ago and nobody said yes! Looks like the kit car is staying at home.

It is poor organisation imo. the parking is no longer at capacity and they will miss out on some very nice cars being in the show because if it.

I spoke to the office this morning As my mate has lost his tickets whilst packing for his house move & he asked me pop up to the house & get him some more (as I am local) but the main house is closed due to prepping for the event. I have been advised to purchase new tickets at the ticket office Sunday morning & head round to the PH car park as we would have done with his pre-purchased ticket. no problem as far as I am concerned?

The idea at the time may have been to sell some tickets. It was all the way back in February.
Would be surprised if you couldn't just buy one and then park with PH. On the day these things are probably not important.

Not sure what time the ticket office opens, but perhaps it might be possible to purchase a ticket from the ticket office, prior to parking in the PH car park.

Wilton House website states "It is no longer possible to purchase tickets in advance. Please buy your tickets at the entrance on Sunday."

Might be worth checking out for those without tickets.

Hi, im new, but joined to offer anyone who would like them 4 tickets to Wilton classic supercar. hope this is the same show as on this thread, they are for sunday 10th. I am unfortunately unable to go but would love someone to benefit so they dont go to waste. it says castrol guest on my tickets so not sure if that makes any difference, I won them in a comp run by castrol. anyway i know its a bit late to post them so anyone who can collect them would maybe be best? im near blyth in northumberland. i will get back to anyone interested asap with ether mine or my hubby's number so you can get them as soon as poss. if 2 people want 2 tickets or 4 want 1 can do what ever is good for all. if you answer on the thread so its fair, first come gets em etc.

If this is do able then ideal but in the mail I got it said it's not possible. May be irrelevant anyway as I don't have a parking pass despite being on the list still. May just knock the whole weekend on the head.
