PASSES ARIVED TODAY! including confirmation that I'm doing a demo run.

This was one of the best events I went to last year and by far the best organised. To say we were made welcome as exhibited car owners is an understatement. These days far too many shows try to charge you to bring your car when you're the reason the paying public are comming! At Beaulieu you don't just get in free, they rope your car off to keep pushchairs and handbags away and there's a drivers' marquee to chill out in with tea, coffee, cold drinks and even CAKE! If you fancy it I spoke to Andy yesterday and he still has space available for "in theme" cars, just drop him a line and he'll send you passes. He said it was OK to post his email addy on here: andy.ollerenshaw@beaulieu.co.uk

Anyhoo: Who else is going? Any convoys planned?

Yeah I'll be charging up the hill in the F430. Not sure who should be more scared, the viewing public or me?

What you taking, the Ginetta?

I'm heading down from Silverstone on the day so will be travelling past you in Oxford.

yep im there with a couple of cars and I must say its very nice to feel wanted at a show instead of having to beg especially as I come from the westcountry and the cost of fuel in these cars to get to the show is quite high so its great that Andy and his team make such an effort see you there guys.

cheers simon

Now I'm going to sulk. I'm doing just one run. I have put off changing my tyres until September now.

I'm going to spectate / photograph, looking forward to it. Wife will be 39 weeks that day, so making a brave call to go out for the day over an hour from home!

I'll be there again this year for the arena and passes for the 'Demo Run'. The big difference this year is that after some 'Interesting Enhancements' by Bamford Rose my DB9 has gone from 450bhp to 520bhp...and a lot louder...

Disappointed as not invited back again this year. Maybe Noble's not so super any more. Hope the weather holds for the guys going.

Probably an oversight. Andy did say he had spaces and there's no doubt Nobles are Supercars. Drop him a line if you fancy going. I think I booked less than a wweekaway last year

Right guys it's tomorrow! The forecast isn't brilliant but still, a great time will be had regardless! Who else is going?

I must congratulate Maff for bringing the Speciale AND the LaFerrari in such awful weather. LaFerrari the car of the day for so many there (including me) followed by the blue Aventador & white Huracan.

Me & my two mates all got saturated but we were really enjoying ourselves immensely! Thank god also that they did a demonstration run in the end as it would have been even more disappointing seeing as there was loads & loads of equally brave people there too!

One thing i do fear after being there was that i might have killed one or both of my cameras...

But! The pics came out fine & i'm going to see how much of the video footage i took was any good.
